4 large slices of Tuscan bread (dense country-style bread)
2 cloves of garlic, halved, for rubbing
1 cup Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, best available (240ml)
Salt to season
To start your Tuscan Fettunta:
Toast Tuscan bread on BBQ grill.
While slices are still hot, rub garlic on toasted bread.
Generously drizzle extra virgin olive oil over toasted bread.
Season with a generous amount of salt. Serve immediately.
