1/2 lb (250g) stracchino cheese 2 pork sausages, each about 3 oz (90g) 8 slices of country bread, sliced
To start your Sausage & Stracchino Cheese Crostini:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a mixing bowl, mix stracchino cheese and sausages into a paste.
Generously spread the mixture on each slice of bread. Bake until golden brown. Alternatively serve raw on country bread.
