STARTERS

Starters, or as Italians call them antipasti, are all about exciting the appetite. This can be as simple as a drizzle of olive oil on bread, or anchovy fillets with cherry tomatoes. It's up to you! Some of these recipes can also be substitutes for sides or salads. I like to use my antipasti as a way of introducing the meal and pacing the evening.
