2 radicchio heads , quartered 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (60ml) 1/4 cup of Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling (60ml) salt and pepper to season
To start your Grilled Radicchio:
Season radicchio with balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Place on grill for a about a minute on each side, watching it carefully as the radicchio can burn very easily. Drizzle with olive oil. Serve hot.
