INSALATA DI ARANCE E ORIGANO

4 oranges
20 kalamata olives
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (58ml)
salt, pepper and dried oregano to season

To start your Insalata di Arance e Origano:

Slice the skin off each orange, removing both the peel and white skin.

Roughly chop the oranges.

Place oranges and olives in a salad bowl.

Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano.

Toss well and serve.
