20 kalamata olives
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (58ml)
salt, pepper and dried oregano to season |

Slice the skin off each orange, removing both the peel and white skin. |

Roughly chop the oranges. |

Place oranges and olives in a salad bowl. |
