Italian parsley is a flat leafed herb, with a strong flavor. Avoid buying parsley that looks wilted and yellow. You want deep green colour. Store the parsley in the fridge in a plastic bag. Don't wash your parsley until you need to use it. It can be used both as a flavoring and a garnish. |
