Pizza with Grapes and Pine Nuts:

1 pizza dough (*see 'basic dough' recipe)
10 grapes, halved
1/4 cup (50 ml) pine nuts
sugar, for sprinkling

Pizza with Apple and Gorgonzola:

1 pizza dough (*see 'basic dough' recipe)
1 apple, peeled, cored and sliced
2 oz (75 g) gorgonzola cheese
1/2 cup (125 ml) walnuts
honey, for drizzling

To start your Pizza with Grapes and Pine Nuts:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Stretch out dough and roll out on a lightly floured surface.

Place the grapes on the dough, the cut side down. Add pine nuts and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake for approximately 15 minutes.

Yield: 1 serving

To start your Pizza with Apple and Gorgonzola:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Top with apples, gorgonzola, walnuts and drizzle with honey.

Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
