Pizza with Grapes and Pine Nuts: |
1 pizza dough (*see 'basic dough' recipe)
10 grapes, halved
1/4 cup (50 ml) pine nuts
sugar, for sprinkling |

Pizza with Apple and Gorgonzola: |
1 pizza dough (*see 'basic dough' recipe)
1 apple, peeled, cored and sliced
2 oz (75 g) gorgonzola cheese
1/2 cup (125 ml) walnuts
honey, for drizzling |

To start your Pizza with Grapes and Pine Nuts: |

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. |
 |
Stretch out dough and roll out on a lightly floured surface. |
 |
Place the grapes on the dough, the cut side down. Add pine nuts and sprinkle
with sugar. |
 |
Bake for approximately 15 minutes. |
