DAVID ROCCO'S DOLCE VITA OLIVEWOOD LINE |
To me La Dolce Vita is a state of mind. It's about making every day special and, of course, every meal special.
One way to add that sense of occasion
to your meals is by using things to cook and serve your food
that are not just beautiful the day you take them out of the
box, but that get more beautiful every time you use them.
That's why I've created an olive wood collection. |
Because it's beautiful, inspirational,
handcrafted and it smells of olives! These are way too pretty to keep in the kitchen; they really want to be seen! So the pieces are natural multi-taskers. Use your cutting board as a serving platter for cheeses, antipasti, and crostini. The wooden bowls aren't just for salads or fruit. Imagine how beautiful they would look as serving bowls for gnocchi, pasta e fagioli, spaghetti. The bread-basket looks beautiful as well with olives, mozzarella, artichoke hearts or sundried tomatoes. So be creative, have fun, and live your own Dolce Vita with my olive wood collection. |

Unlike most woods, olive wood only gets better with age. Your investment into this high quality product requires just a little care to keep it in good condition for years. Here are some simple guidelines: |
Do NOT place your olive wood products in the dishwasher. |
Do NOT use strong detergents to wash your wood products. |
Do NOT let the items soak in water. |
SIMPLY wash and rinse and leave in a vertical position to dry. |
APPLY some mineral oil on the wood occasionally to prevent it from drying out.
