Over the years I’ve sang the praises of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, but I thought I’d take some time over the next few days to showcase three of my favourite recipes from my new book, Dolce Famiglia.

A simple and hearty pasta can never go wrong with the addition of heaps of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Am I wrong?
When you cream these two cheeses together you get a decadent and complex dessert that pairs nicely with any fermented fruit.
