Goodbye Ravello!

Well my food tour and scout continue north. It's goodbye to Ravello and the Amalfi Coast and hello Tuscany!

As always the beautiful coast! Amazing food and seeing my good friends again, always makes it tough to leave.

Highlights were staying at what now seems like my second home Villa Maria Hotel, and hanging out and eating with the professore and Peppe on their beautiful terrace.

Another treat this time around was visiting the small town of Agerola and having their Fior di latte that we made and ate. The amazing thing was milking the cows and taking a sip of that warm milk straight from the milking. Was like having a warm frothy cappuccino!
